Sunflower lecithin is a phospholipid type abundant in sunflower seeds. It is an emulsifier that gives foods a creamy, moist, smooth.

Benefits of Sunflower Lecithin

Sunflower lecithin is often organic and naturally without genetic engineering, according to agricultural studies. There are no known allergic reactions caused by sunflower lecithin and few side effects of the class. Instead of a chemical solvent process such as in the case of soybean lecithin, sunflower lecithin is processed normally cold-pressing.

To be non-GMO, the product mustn´t be labeled with respect to GMOs according to Regulations (EC) 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.

Use of this product

Human Food: Baking, Cheese, Jams, Manufacture of noodles and pasta, fats and oils, seasonings, instant products, chocolate, margarine, Animal feed, etc.

    I don’t know where you are located but I would like to order some sunflower lecithin to make liposomal vitamine C . I am in France and I can only find soy lecithin.
